Website Nature & Terms
This is a personal, non-commercial portfolio website for resume information, technical learning notes, personal project case studies, and selected life records.
Project pages describe personal engineering practice and demo systems. They are not a public service commitment, financial advice, legal advice, or an official statement by any current or former employer.
Visitors may read and reference the public content for lawful learning, evaluation, and communication. Please do not copy large portions of the site, misuse the content for impersonation, attack the site, or interfere with normal operation.
02
Privacy Notice
This static site does not provide account registration and does not ask visitors to submit sensitive personal information.
If you contact me by email, the information you send will be used only for communication and reply. Hosting, CDN, and security infrastructure may keep necessary access logs for operations and abuse prevention.
I do not sell visitor information, do not run behavioral advertising on this site, and do not intentionally combine access logs with external identity data.
03
Personal Information Protection
If personal information is involved through email communication or basic security logs, it is handled for explicit and limited purposes such as reply, troubleshooting, security protection, and abuse prevention.
You may contact me to request access, correction, deletion, or explanation related to information you have actively provided, unless retention is required for security, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
04
Cookies & Local Storage
This personal static site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies by design. CDN, hosting, security, or browser infrastructure may set strictly necessary technical cookies or keep request metadata for availability and abuse prevention.
The HXVA demo may use cookies, local storage, or similar browser storage for login sessions, language preference, theme preference, and normal product experience. You can clear these records in your browser settings.
05
Demo Safety
HXVA is a personal resume and engineering demo, not a public production or commercial service. Sign-in is limited to site maintenance and authorized demonstrations; public registration is closed. Documented product capabilities do not imply public service availability.
Please do not submit real API keys, passwords, tokens, production business data, confidential files, or sensitive personal information. Demo data may be reset periodically.

Intellectual Property & Rights Feedback
Third-party company names, platform names, trademarks, open-source project names, and product screenshots are used only for factual resume, learning, compatibility, or project-description purposes.
All such rights belong to their respective owners. Open-source software should be used under its own license terms and notices.
References do not imply third-party authorization, affiliation, partnership, or endorsement of HXVA. Use and redistribution of code, fonts, images, and other materials must follow their licenses and permissions, including required copyright notices. Personal portfolio or demo use does not automatically waive licensing, confidentiality, or infringement obligations.
AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be accurate, original, or free of third-party rights. Check sources, permissions, and the specific content before publication, reuse, or commercial use.
For a copyright, trademark, portrait-rights, or other rights concern, provide the page URL, disputed content, evidence of rights or authorization, and contact details. Reports will be reviewed promptly, with corrections, removal, or other necessary measures based on the findings. Do not send unrelated sensitive information.

If you discover a security issue related to this website or the public HXVA demo, please contact me privately before public disclosure.
Please avoid destructive testing, denial-of-service attempts, social engineering, automated high-volume scanning, and any attempt to access data that does not belong to you.
